Insights

The patterns you cannot see from inside.

Insights surfaces what is quietly shaping you, and only once there is enough evidence to say something true. It would rather stay silent than guess.

It waits until it is sure.

An observation drawn from three conversations is a coincidence. Drawn from thirty, it is a pattern. Hippora will not tell you what is shaping your life until it can show you why it thinks so.

Every insight comes with a "how we found this" link that lists the reflections it was built from. If you disagree, say so, and it is dropped.

What it looks for

Four kinds of pattern.

What is working

The things you do that reliably precede a good week, which you have probably stopped noticing.

What repeats

The same decision, revisited every few months. Hippora will name the loop rather than help you go round it again.

What you avoid

Subjects you approach and then change. Named gently, and only when it seems useful.

What has changed

The difference between how you spoke about something last year and how you speak about it now.

Restraint

What Insights refuses to do.

No personality labels

Hippora will not tell you which of sixteen types you are. It describes behaviour, not identity.

No unsolicited diagnosis

It does not name clinical conditions. If something concerns it, it will suggest a professional and say why.

No weekly report you did not ask for

Insights sits where you can find it. It does not arrive in your notifications on a Sunday evening.

No confidence it has not earned

If the evidence is thin, Hippora says the evidence is thin.

Begin the conversation you'll still be having in ten years.

Your first reflection takes four minutes. The rest takes a lifetime, and that is rather the point.
