Where it is stored
Hippora uses cloud infrastructure and AI service providers. Some processing may occur outside the UK and EU; see the Privacy Policy for details.
How long we keep it
Content retention and deletion depend on the type of data, backups, and provider obligations. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
Taking it with you
You can request access to your personal data. See the Privacy Policy or contact Hippora for data rights requests.
Who else sees it
Nobody. No advertisers, no data brokers, no analytics vendors reading your content.

Access
Export everything yourself from inside the app, immediately.
Correction
Edit any memory directly. The change is live at once.
Erasure
Request deletion of individual items or your account. Backup removal may follow a separate retention schedule.
Portability
Your export is designed to be plain readable text, not a locked format.
Objection
There is no profiling or automated decision making to object to. Hippora does not score you.
Complaint
You can complain to your local data protection authority at any time, and we will help you do it.
