What we never collect
Contacts, location, browsing history, device identifiers for advertising, and anything from other apps.
Where it is stored
Encrypted, in the European Union. Any change would be announced in advance.
How long we keep it
For as long as you want it. Delete an item and it goes. Delete your account and everything goes.
Taking it with you
One action exports the full archive as readable files. No support ticket, no waiting period.
Who else sees it
Nobody. No advertisers, no data brokers, no analytics vendors reading your content.
Your rights
What you can ask for, and how long it takes.
Access
Export everything yourself from inside the app, immediately.
Correction
Edit any memory directly. The change is live at once.
Erasure
Delete individual items or the whole account. Backups follow within thirty days.
Portability
Your export is plain readable text, not a locked format.
Objection
There is no profiling or automated decision making to object to. Hippora does not score you.
Complaint
You can complain to your local data protection authority at any time, and we will help you do it.
